Icarus Interstellar Incorporated schedules two main types of events and attempts to cover all North American time zones together as well as possible, with times starting early evening for Pacific Time and a normal evening for Eastern time. This allows as many members as possible to attend events together. Occasionally, there may be events planned outside this time range or during Saturday or Sunday afternoons depending on member requests. New event times may be added or existing times expanded if we have enough members to justify it.

Event/Mission Nights – Planned org events or missions that have specific planned start times and are usually scheduled for weekends. Members who select “Accepted” for their RSVP on our Discord should make every effort to be at the listed location in-game and on time, unless otherwise communicated in the event thread created by Discord. Event planners will need to use RSVP information for a successful event.

Free Fly Nights – Casual nights where org members come and go as they have time. The start time and duration are only a guideline and may be extended earlier and/or later if members are available. Members should RSVP an “Accepted” on our Discord if they can attend part of the event or a “Tentative” if they are hoping to attend.
